Terms of Service

Last updated May 26, 2026

These terms describe the basic rules for using MyFontMaker.com and any tools or generated files made available through the site.

01Using MyFontMaker

MyFontMaker provides tools for turning handwriting templates into font files. You may use the site only in a lawful, respectful way and in accordance with these terms.

The service is evolving. Features may change, pause, or be removed as we improve the product.

02Your Content

You are responsible for the images, handwriting samples, templates, text, and other content you upload or submit. Only upload content that you own or have permission to use.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant MyFontMaker the limited permission needed to process uploads, generate previews and font files, provide support, and operate the service.

03Generated Fonts

Generated font files are provided from the materials you submit. You are responsible for checking the output and confirming that your use of any generated font does not violate another person’s rights.

We do not guarantee that generated fonts will be error-free, production-ready, or suitable for every use case.

04Prohibited Use

Do not use MyFontMaker to infringe intellectual property rights, upload harmful files, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt to overload infrastructure.

We may limit or block activity that appears unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.

05Availability

MyFontMaker is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service without prior notice.

We are not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or delays caused by hosting providers, network issues, browser behavior, or other factors outside our control.

06Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyFontMaker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
